The Secretary of The Federation shall be the Chief Executive in terms of Clause 19.8
The Chief Executive may appoint an Administrative Secretary to The Federation on such terms and conditions may be determined by the Management Committee.
- Not with standing anything contained in the terms and conditions referred to in Clause 25.1.1 an Administration Secretary appointed in terms or that Clause who is the opinion or the Management Committee and /or the Chief Executive, is guilty of neglect of duty, negligence or misconduct, may be summarily suspended pending an application for his dismissal by the said Committee or Chief Executive.
- The Administration Secretary shall be responsible to the Chief Executive for proper performance of all such duties as may be delegated by the Chief Executive.
- Chief Executive may, with the approval of the Management Committee, appoint a Committee Secretary on such terms and conditions, as may be agreed to by the Management Committee, and the provisions of this Clause 25, relating to the appointment, dismissal and responsibilities of the Secretary shall apply mutatis mutandis to a Committee Secretary.
- The Chief Executive may, with the approval of a Standing Committee for a region, appoint a regional secretary on such terms and conditions as may be agreed to by the Management Committee, and the provisions of this Clause 25, relating to the appointment, dismissal, duties and responsibilities of the secretary shall apply mutates mutandis to a regional secretary.
